Der Comic entstand auf Basis dieses Gespr\u00e4chs f\u00fcr die Aktion \u201eWie geht es dir? \u2013 Zeichner*innen gegen Antisemitismus, Hass und Rassismus\u201c.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"rbc-is-hidden-on-tablet rbc-is-hidden-on-mobile\" >Michael Jordan, geboren 1972 in Erlangen, lebt als Zeichner, Druckgrafiker und Kurator in Erlangen. Er studierte Medienillustration in Hamburg, anschlie\u00dfend Druckgrafik an der Universit\u00e4t f\u00fcr Angewandte Kunst in Wien. 1999 errang er einen Ersten Preis beim Internationalen Comixwettbewerb des Fumetto in Luzern. 2002 war er UNESCO Stipendiat an der Faculty of Fine Arts in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Seit 2003 ist er Mitglied der K\u00fcnstler*innengruppe Tonto aus Graz. Von 2008 bis 2010 lehrte er Illustration an der HfG Offenbach und von 2013 bis 2014 sowie im Jahr 2020 Zeichnung und Druckgrafik am Middlebury College in Vermont, USA. 2017 war er Styria-Artist-in-Residence in Graz. 2022 wurde er mit dem Kulturpreis der Stadt Erlangen ausgezeichnet. Seine Arbeiten wurden national und international unter anderem in Stockholm, Wien und Berlin ausgestellt. Sein Comic \u201eWarum wir m\u00fcde sind\u201c (avant-verlag, 2020) erschien 2023 auf Franz\u00f6sisch bei Editions Fr\u00e9mok.
